JARRELL, Texas (KWTX) Williford David Webb, 82, of Jarrell, who was arrested in September 2016 in connection with an investigation of allegations of inappropriate sexual contact dating back a decade with a girl who was 10 or younger at the time was indicted Wednesday for indecency with a child.

The girl reported the incidents on Dec. 26, 2015 when she was 17.

The girl told a forensic interviewer at the Children’s Advocacy Center of Central Texas that she remembered “Webb did things with her which were inappropriate,” according to a September 2016 arrest warrant affidavit.

She told the interviewer that she touched Webb’s genitals and that he touched hers every time she rode with him on a four-wheeler, the affidavit said.

Webb did not appear on the Bell County Jail’s online roster Wednesday.
