KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) An ex-substitute teacher was arrested Wednesday on the Killeen High School campus on suspicion of being under the influence of marijuana, the school’s principal, Kara Trevino, said in a note to parents.

Killeen ISD police were called after a staff member notified a campus administrator, she said.

“They launched an investigation, and the individual was immediately removed and terminated by the district,” Trevino said in the note.

The district did not identify the former substitute and released no further information.
