H-E-B recalls ice cream sold at some Central Texas locations

(KWTX) H-E-B Wednesday issued a voluntary recall for some of its half-gallon strawberry Creamy Creations ice cream, which was sold at select stores in Central Texas and around the state.

The grocery retailer cited potential metal from processing equipment discovered during routine inspection.

The items are labeled UPC 4122034602 with "Sell By" dates of March 12, 2020.

The product was sold only at select H-E-B stores in Gatesville, Harker Heights, Temple, Killeen, Round Rock, Burnet and Georgetown in Central Texas.
