KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) Police are investigating after someone fired a shot that struck the passenger side door of a car in which a woman and her daughter were waiting Monday night at the drive-thru window of the Walgreens store at 1000 East Central Texas Expressway in Killeen.

Officers responded to the incident just after 7 p.m. Monday.

No one was hurt.

The unidentified woman said in a Facebook post she heard “a loud bang and my whole car shook.”

She said she pulled into a parking space, got out and discovered the bullet hole in the door.

“I couldn’t believe I had a bullet hole in my car!” she wrote.

“I still cannot believe it. I’m just thankful that my daughter is OK. Any closer or if it would have gone through (and) my daughter would have been gone!” she wrote.

No arrests have been made.
