KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) A weekend argument about who would get to use the bathroom first left one local man with a knife wound and a second man behind bars.

Officers who responded Saturday to a home at 5500 Hunters Ridge Trail in Killeen to a report of an assault found the victim with a towel wrapped around his head, an arrest warrant affidavit says.

The victim said he and a family member, whom the affidavit identifies as Antonious Hood, 32, were arguing about the bathroom when Hood “retrieved a large knife and stabbed (the victim) in the head with it,” the affidavit says.

Witnesses confirmed the attack, the affidavit says.

Hood was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

He remains in the Bell County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bond.
