KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) A narcotics sting landed nine people in jail, including a federal fugitive, Killeen police announced on Friday.
According to police, a federal arrest warrant was conducted at the Lone Star Motel, in the 400 block of S. Second Street, just before 3 p.m.
Police say three females and six males were arrested and taken to the Killeen City Jail. One of the suspects arrested included the fugitive.
Members of the United States Marshal's Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force assisted Killeen PD's Organized Crime Unit.
Names of the individuals arrested were not released.
The investigation is still ongoing, police said.
