Killeen: Police search for 2 suspects in robberies across local city

KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) Killeen police and the Bell County Crime Stoppers are asking for the public's help in catching two men suspected in a string of robberies across the city.

Police say the suspects committed several robberies between Jan. 3 and Jan. 7.

The suspects are accused of robbing the Mickey's Convenience Store on Trimmier Road, the 7-Eleven on South WS Young Drive and Buddy's Neighborhood Store on Old FM440.

The first suspect is described as a black male, in his mid-30’s and approximately 6’ to 6’2″ tall and weighing approximately 220 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a black hoodie with a yellow pocket.

Police say the second suspect is described as a black male, slim built with a scruffy beard. He is approximately 40 to 50 years old and approximately 5’3” to 5’11” tall. In all the robberies, police say he wore a dark colored hoodie and beanie cap and walked in carrying a backpack multiple times.

They are considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 254-526-TIPS (8477).
