NOLANVILLE, Texas (KWTX) A main break Friday left Nolanville Elementary School without water.

The district initially said the water would be off through the day, but announced just before 2 p.m. that service had been restored.

During the outage, students were provided with bottled water and lunch was brought in.

Portable toilets were brought in for emergency use and students were shuttled in buses to Cavazos Elementary School for regular bathroom breaks.

The school’s principal sent recorded messages to parents advising them of the situation.
