KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) Elvin Devon Levels, 26, who pleaded guilty to an arson charge in connection with a fire on April 27 in the 700 block of West Church Avenue in Killeen that caused extensive damage to a home, has been sentenced to 10 years’ probation.
Levels, who was arrested in May on a warrant charging arson, was sentenced Monday.
He was also ordered to pay $10,242 in restitution and to go to the Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Facility as part of his sentence.
Firefighters found multiple fires burning inside the home and investigators later determined they had been set intentionally.
No one was injured.
