Motorcyclist injured in crash on rural Central Texas highway

HOLLAND, Texas (KWTX) A motorcyclist was injured Monday morning after clipping a pickup truck on a rural Central Texas highway.

The accident occurred around 11:30 a.m. Monday just south of Holland in the 24,000 block of Highway 95.

First responders said the motorcyclist suffered injuries and was taken to a hospital, but would not elaborate further.

A portion of Highway 95 was shut down for a time while crews cleaned up and processed the scene.

The driver of the truck was not hurt.
