Killeen: Police make arrest in school concert indecent exposure case

KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) Killeen police have made an arrest in connection with an indecent exposure incident that occurred during a local middle school concert.

Franklin Calvin Jones, Jr., 43, of Killeen, was booked into the Bell County Jail just after 4 p.m. Monday.

He’s held in lieu of $5,000 bond charged with indecent exposure.

Killeen ISD officials released surveillance photos a day after a man exposed himself during a middle school concert on Oct. 17 in the auditorium of Killeen High School at 500 N 38th St.

A parent reported the incident, the district said at the time.

“Killeen police responded to the call, but they were unable to locate the suspect,” the district said.
