Amber Alert for missing Central Texas boy, 4, canceled

AUSTIN, Texas (KWTX) An Amber Alert issued for a 4-year-old Austin boy who authorities say was abducted by his mother has been canceled.

Marsdan Ellis Harp has been found safe and has been returned to his father, authorities said.

The boy was abducted at around 2 p.m. Thursday afternoon from a home at 9611 Dawning Ct. in Austin, the alert says.

He’s with his mother, Celina Jeanne Harp, in a dark green Ford Fusion with Texas license LGV-3638.

The car was last seen headed south on Mopac at FM 2244.
