(KWTX) Wong's Palace at 2201 W.S. Young Dr. in Killeen got a 96 on a recent inspection.

Nothing too bad here, if you don't mind the employees' open food containers sitting on top of the vegetables you may order.

Also, the floor in the fryer area needed to be cleaned because of oil residue.

Taqueria El Mexicano Grille #9 at 1420 North Valley Mills Dr. in Waco got a 90 on a recent inspection.

The biggest problem was fly-catcher lines hanging above the clean dishes and food storage area.

There was no soap at the hand-washing sink and pork was being stored on the floor of the cooler.

The restaurant passed the re-inspection

Mickey's Pit Stop #2 at 311 South Robinson Dr. in Robinson got a 90 on a recent inspection.

The biggest problem was house crickets.

According to the report, they were found on the floor, and both crickets and flies were reported in the Pepsi fridge.

The business got a 96 on a re-inspection.

It still had the bug problem, but passed on the third try.

This week's Clean Plate Award goes to Alpha Omega at 929 Franklin Ave. in Waco.

If you are in the mood for lamb gyros, Greek salads, or yummy pita bread and baba ganoush, this Mediterranean grill and bakery is the spot.
