KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) Two teenagers in a stolen car who fled after Killeen officers attempted a traffic stop were later arrested after the car crashed.

Officers were advised of the theft of the Dodge Charger just after 11 a.m. and spotted the vehicle, police spokeswoman Ofelia Miramontez said.

They attempted to pull the car over, but the driver refused to stop.

Officers found the vehicle on Ronald Drive, where the car had crashed.

“Officers set up a perimeter and were able to locate and detain two male juveniles,” she said.
