Team members visited with and handed out signed baseballs to patients at the hospital Thursday morning, and the children couldn't have been happier with the gifts.

"It was very eye-opening. You don't really realize how blessed you are to wake up every day and not be in the hospital like these kids,” senior Christian Castillo said.

T-shirts will be sold at the high school baseball game Friday evening in Belton, and the proceeds will be donated to the hospital

Belton players have visited the hospital annually since 2011.
