Temple firefighters rescue man after fiery crash

TEMPLE, Texas (KWTX) Temple firefighters Wednesday responded at the request of Moffat Fire Department to a vehicle crash and fire in the 16900 Block of State Highway 36.

Fire crews from Moffat and Temple worked to put out the vehicle fire.

The driver was out of the vehicle. He was conscious and talking when transported by Temple EMS.

Agencies responding to the call included Moffat Fire Department, Morgan’s Point Fire Department and Temple EMS.

The crash is being investigated by Department of Public Safety. Temple Fire & Rescue responded with 4 units and 7 personnel.

The call was dispatched for Temple Fire just after 11 a.m. and the last unit cleared the scene just after 12:15 p.m.
