The album was recorded live Wednesday night in front of an audience at the church.

“It's been a dream in Bethel for a long time to write original worship music to release to the community. “ Hartmann’s wife and director of the ministry, Kat Hartmann, said.

Twelve new songs were written for the album, all of which were performed Wednesday night.

“I wrote several of them a really long time ago and then some of them were written a couple of weeks ago.” Kat says.

The goal of the album isn’t revenue, but instead making an impact on the community.

“We wrote the songs for the church but we also believe that they are for the community here in Temple we believe that God is really doing incredible things in this area downtown Bell County and beyond and there's just a really cool movement anything happening and we're just really thankful to be a part of it.” singer and songwriter Ashton Burnett said.

The album will be released Aug. 28.

Flyleaf's first album, "Flyleaf," went Platinum.
