KILLEEN, Texas (KWTX) Police have made two arrests after an elderly man who called police to report a disturbance at a Killeen convenience store was attacked and robbed by the man and the woman responsible for the incident.

Devyone Montrell Green, 30, of Killeen, and Indrel Shawnea Green, 45, of Belton, were both in the Bell County Jail Wednesday charged with robbery.

Their bonds are set at $200,000.

They were arrested Friday afternoon on warrants issued in connection with the assault and robbery, which occurred at around 7:20 p.m. on April 18 at the CEFCO store at 4011 East Stan Schlueter Loop.

Officers were sent to the store after the victim, who was inside the store and witnessed the disturbance, exited the business to call 911, police said.

As the two suspects fled, the man attacked the victim and then the two stole his property police said.
