She was arrested Saturday on a warrant stemming from an investigation that started after the boy admitted to his mother that he had sex with a 21-year-old woman in August.
The incident came to light while officers were investigating a an alleged sexual assault at a pool party at an apartment complex in Temple attended by preteens, teenagers and adults, according to an arrest affidavit.
The boy, in a statement to investigators, said he lied to his parents and went to an apartment complex in Temple where the woman lived with her family and had intercourse in her bed and that afterward she told him not to tell anyone “because she would have to go to jail for 10 years,” the affidavit says.
Two other witnesses confirmed that Spurlock and the boy “had engaged in sexual intercourse,” the affidavit says.
