Clayton Homes Waco celebrates building its 25,000th home
WACO, Texas (KWTX) — Clayton Home Building Group just finished constructing its 25,000th home at its Clayton Homes Waco II facility.
Since the company planted roots in Waco in 1993, it has reached landmark numbers in home production.
The facility constructs a total of 26 different home models, completing them at a rate of three homes per day.
The milestone home was the center of the celebration, alongside the team members who made its completion possible.
“Our team members are phenomenal, and it’s just really a big celebration about them and what they do each and every day,” Steve Fulton, Clayton Homes Waco brand experience manager, said. “Just big things to come from our team — we’re excited.”
Clayton Homes has seen growth in its commitment to building affordable and accessible homes for families and has no plans of slowing down.
“So, our goal every day is to build dream homes for people — families all across the Southwest — and that dream is just going to continue,” said Steve Fulton, Clayton Homes Waco brand experience manager. “We’re proud of what we do to provide affordable, attainable homes not just for the people here locally in Waco, but throughout the Southwest.”
Now, with the completion of their 25,000th home, the Clayton Homes team has its sights set on its next landmark goal: 50,000 homes completed.
