Brisket Hot Dogs: Heat to 165°F internal temp for food safety.
Veggies & Mushrooms: No minimum temp, but 135°F ensures warmth and grill marks.
General Tip:
- Use a digital instant-read thermometer for fast, accurate reads.
- Insert into the thickest part of the protein (avoid bone or fat).
- Clean the thermometer between uses with an alcohol wipe or hot, soapy water.
