WACO, Texas (KWTX) - Freddie Lee Henderson, 69, was arrested on Aug. 6 after deputies raided his home and discovered narcotics, an arrest warrant affidavit states.

Henderson is charged with three counts of manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance, according to online jail records.

The McLennan County Sheriff’s Office on Aug. 6 executed a narcotics search warrant shortly before 6 a.m. at Henderson’s residence in the 3000 block of Summer Avenue.

Deputies seized approximately 180 grams of methamphetamine, 1.6 grams of cocaine, and 1.6 grams of Xanax, the warrant states.

Items associated with drug sales, like baggies and digital scales, were also discovered in the residence, deputies wrote in the warrant.

Henderson was read his Miranda Rights and said he understood his rights before “claiming ownership of all narcotics located within the residence,” the arrest warrant alleges.

Deputies also noted the majority of the narcotics were located in the garage, which was secured by a locked door. “The key to open the door was located on Freddie Henderson’s person,” the warrant alleges.

Henderson is being held at the McLennan County Jail on bonds totaling $40,000.
