Griner signs deal to join Connecticut Sun

MONTVILLE, Connecticut (KWTX) - ESPN is reporting that Baylor legend Brittney Griner is finalizing a seven-figure deal to join the Connecticut Sun.

Griner will join the team for their final year in Connecticut before the team relocates to Houston.

Griner is a Houston native and a graduate of Nimitz high school.
