Bobby grew up in eastern New Mexico in a small town called San Jon. While growing up, Bobby always knew he wanted to be involved in law enforcement and wanted to become a police officer. But he was also interested with news. Whether it was the Today Show in the mornings, Nightly News on NBC, local newscasts in New Mexico or the Texas Panhandle, or Sportscenter on ESPN in the evenings. He became hooked on broadcast TV.
Bobby pursued that broadcasting dream by attending Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, New Mexico. He graduated with a Communications degree with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism. During his time there, he produced and anchored newscasts, for the KENW-TV News 3 New Mexico.
Bobby loves spending time with his beautiful wife Kortney, who is a Lending Assistant at Community National Bank.
Kortney and Bobby are also the proud parents of a handsome, active boy named Brooks, and a beautiful girl named Kaisyn.
During his free time, Bobby enjoys playing golf, spending time with family and friends and is a huge sports fan for Texas Tech Athletics, the Dallas Cowboys, and the New York Yankees.
