Two vandals, believed to be teenage girls, filmed their desecration of a historic Central Texas Church.

KWTX has obtained a copy of the video being passed around by numerous students that appears to have been taken by one of the two girls who sources say are responsible for Sunday's attack on Willow Grove Baptist Church in Moody.

"Pretty much every room in this building has been destroyed to some extent," said Pastor Steve Desjardins.

It's shaky and out of focus, but the 34 second video shows the vandals stomping on items on the floor, running through the pews of the church, and throwing things.

"We gotta go now, we gotta go now!" one of the girls can be heard saying toward the end of the clip.

Sources tell KWTX, two female juveniles were spotted going in-and-out of the church by a nearby neighbor who reported them.

The girls were questioned by authorities, but no charges were filed because the church chose not to, sources say.

"This shows that there's a lot of anger, a lot of hatred, a lot there that needs to be removed and only God can do that," said Desjardins. "But if we can be a part in this community to help individuals on that path, such as these folks, then we want to be."

Desjardins says they want to show the vandals mercy and pray they'll come and clean up the church.

Estimated damages are in the tens of thousands of dollars.

The historic church building was constructed in 1890.
