Texas boy, 12, finds parents dead after murder-suicide

A 12-year-old boy found his parents dead Thursday morning and San Antonio police are calling it a murder-suicide.

Police were sent to a mobile home park in the 8600 block of South Zarzamora Street at around 8 a.m. Thursday in response to a report of a shooting and found a 36-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman inside a home dead from gunshot wounds.

The medical examiner identified the woman as Aidee Rueda.

Police said the couple's children were waiting outside the home when the shootings occurred.

Police Chief William McManus said the victim and her four children had not stayed at the home Wednesday night.

Rueda had a coworker go with her to the home Thursday morning so she could retrieve some of her belongings.
