Woman seriously injured in ATV accident, man arrested

A Central Texas man was arrested after a weekend ATV accident that left a woman serious injured.
Justin Neill, 32, of West, was facing an intoxication assault charge, Department of Public Safety Sgt. Ryan Howard said.
The woman was a passenger on Polaris ATV that Neill was driving at around 4 a.m. Sunday on FM 2311.
She was thrown from the ATV when Neill swerved, Howard said.
Further details were not released.
